Severe parental alienation is emotionally abusive to children, impacting academic, social and personal aspects of their lives. Research shows that 25% of children of divorce are alienated from a parent and his or her family. If you believe bullying harms children, please know that behaviors hat pressure a child reject a once loved parent is bullying. There are healthy ways for school counselors and judges to help protect these innocent children, whose childhoods would otherwise be robbed by a revengeful parent who would use them as tool of revenge in custody cases.
